**Job description**:

NEOS is currently looking for an employee to join the management control team.

The resource will be responsible for the analysis of company costs, sales trends as well as the construction of monthly financial statements and the preparation of the budget.

**Skills/requirements**:

- Degree in economics or management engineering.

- Knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel).

- Self-discipline and organizational skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of Italian and English.

- Driver's license.
