Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits.

- Tierra designs and develops electronic systems (both software and hardware) for geo-localization, management, remote diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and industrial products. -

- Supervises and manages the accounting, A/P and A/R cycle, ensuring that the accounting is managed according to current tax and regulatory principles

- Manages and ensures monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory compliance, both of administrative, fiscal and social security nature

- Propose improvements on processes and tools and implement them

- Is responsible for the resources assigned, employed in the administrative Dept. , delegating and supervising their activities, and focusing in their development and trainin
