Introduction
Key Responsibilities-
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build quotations of industrial systems out of user requirements- Support the sales team in converting prospect clients by acting as first point of contact for technical questions and advise. -
- Collaborate closely with the engineering teams to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. - Serve as a technical escalation point for complex customer inquiries and issues, working closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and effective manner. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer service and support. - Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members to foster professional growth and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. -
- Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. - Project Management experience is a plus- High level of structured and diligent work organization-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build rapport with customers. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving technical issues. - Solid knowledge of applicable regulatory and quality Standards (CE/ UL/ GMP, FDA, ) preferred- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed for field service and support activities. - Fluent in English and Italian
