BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in people managementProven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teamsHistory of consistently exceeding revenue targets and growth objectivesExperience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic accountsDemonstrated success in scaling businesses or launching new products/services Leadership Competencies Excellence in coaching and developing top sales talentStrong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilitiesOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teamsExperience in cross-functional leadership and project managementTrack record of driving innovation and continuous improvement Technical Skills Expert proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilitiesProfessional fluency in Italian and English requiredExperience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain industriesTrack record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategiesHistory of building strategic partnerships at the C-suite levelExperience working in high-growth, ambiguous environmentsStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experienceProven ability to influence without direct authority across multiple stakeholders Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
