Key job responsibilitiesLead with Vision & Drive Results
• Own and shape Amazon Shipping's strategic direction in Italy as a key member of the leadership team
• Set and execute ambitious growth targets while maintaining operational excellence
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale the business profitablyCustomer Obsession & Business Development
• Build and nurture C-level relationships with strategic enterprise customers
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer volumes
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring strong conversion rates
• Deliver solutions that solve complex shipping challenges for Italian businessesInnovation & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to develop customer-centric shipping solutions
• Influence product roadmap based on Voice of Customer and market intelligence
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiencyAnalytics & Performance Management
• Dive Deep into metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Create and track KPIs that drive business success
• Use data-driven insights to optimize team performance and customer satisfactionTeam Leadership & Development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in people managementProven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teamsHistory of consistently exceeding revenue targets and growth objectivesExperience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic accountsDemonstrated success in scaling businesses or launching new products/servicesLeadership Competencies• Excellence in coaching and developing top sales talent
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and project management
• Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement
Technical Skills• Expert proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Professional fluency in Italian and English required
• Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management
