Position
To strengthen the Client Strategy team, we are looking for a Manager who wants to contribute concretely to the development and realization of innovative projects for the Financial Services Institutions industry.
You will be involved in developing Strategy & Consulting projects with a real impact on clients' businesses within a hybrid and multidisciplinary work team, actively contributing to the growth of the FSI team.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the commercial development of JAKALA with Clients and Prospects in the assigned portfolio; Developing ongoing and long-term relationships with clients focused on understanding client satisfaction and identifying future opportunities; Being a trusted point of reference for the client, guiding them through various phases and processes, ensuring constant understanding of the outputs provided; Participating in the definition, representation, and monitoring of Account Plans encompassing all JAKALA's service lines; Managing the process of building, advancing, and monitoring the sales pipeline and the periodic forecasting process for the assigned portfolio; Preparing quotes and offers ensuring compliance with qualitative and quantitative corporate guidelines and adherence to the internal approval matrix; Identifying staffing needs for ongoing and future projects and contributing to the corporate resource planning process; Contributing to ensuring the correct execution of projects carried out for the assigned clients in terms of adherence to timelines, costs, and quality of output; Ensuring the definition and compliance of reporting and billing processes for projects towards assigned clients; Establishing a climate of mutual and positive collaboration with the client and team members.
You are the right person if you have: 5-6 years of experience, gained at consulting firms in the Banking sector, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and the needs of FSI clients; Mastery of key themes in Customer Experience, CRM, Customer Engagement, enhancement of remote channels from a commercial perspective, and Customer Analytics; Previous experience in roles with responsibilities in sales and project management in the areas mentioned above; Strong commercial acumen and the ability to become a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional qualifications: Knowledge of major technological solutions related to the MarTech field (e. g. , Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe); Problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented work approach; Knowledge of a second language (preferably Spanish and/or French).
