The role directly reports into the Director, International Colleague Strategic Partner - Italy

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Providing high impact solutions to business challenges using insights, data and analysis to influence outcomes and delivering great colleague's experience to ensure colleague advocacy and to drive an integrated and excellent colleague experience
- Leading talent efforts to strengthen colleague capabilities, drive business performance, and develop leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change, supporting the design and deployment of market specific Career Growth strategy and growing a diverse and representative talent pipeline to fuel business momentum in the market.
- Engaging actively in organizational efficiency and change efforts, with strong project management and flawless execution
- Leading with external perspective, improve and communicate our Colleague Value Proposition to innovate, gain competitive advantage and strengthen our position as Employer of Choice.
- Integrating inclusive leadership behaviors and ensuring a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operate
**To be successful in this role you will bring**:
- 6 years+ experience in HR role, with focus on talent management and employer branding.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated familiarity with communications planning and execution
- Ability to handle and analyze large data sets frequently for a large colleague base, offering insight to senior leadership
- Ability to build effective relationships and provide consultancy and advice to senior business stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with the proven track record to lead and flawlessly deliver large scale strategic projects and initiatives
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
- Business Acumen and ability influence in a matrix organization
- Italian speaker; Proficient in English
