Manager, Compensation & Benefits - Hr (Fixed Term Contract)

It was established in 2023 as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company and Whirlpool owning 25 percent.

With more than 20, 000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, Radomsko, and Lodz in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, Yate in the UK, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year. Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager for our Europe Compensation & Benefits CoE ( Center of Excellence) organization.
This position reports to the Total Rewards & Global Mobility Director Europe.
It is responsible for delivering all Compensation & Benefits processes in Europe and managing a team of C&B Analysts. What You Will DoDesign C&B CoE guidelines, processes, policies and programs to ensure internal and external competitiveness in accordance with Global Compensation & Benefits Guidelines in the Europe RegionEstablish and foster effective working relationships with HR Business Partners, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery, ensure that regional and local programs are well aligned and coordinated according to country and business specific needsEnsure all global compensation cycles (i. E.
merit, annual incentive, local incentives) are smoothly run for the respective group of countries and according to Europe C&B guidelinesAct as CoE and implement C&B projects across Europe that will lead to greater operational effectivenessManage and Coordinate Beko's compensation programs including annual merit and bonus processes, compensation recommendations, job analyses and market surveysAct as a point of escalation or support for compensation & benefits related questions or issues that require deep functional knowledge for resolutionProvide compensation recommendations by determining market competitive compensation and review requests for compensation outside of guidelinesSuggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologiesLead initiatives associated with change management to ensure compliance with local regulations and global guidelinesManage a team of C&B Analysts providing guidance and mentorship on a day-to-day basisWhat You Need to SucceedMinimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and work experience5-10 years of professional compensation & benefits experienceKnowledge of HR as a discipline with a deep understanding of compensation & benefitsFamiliar with working in a complex, multinational matrix environment with continuous changeDelivers strong, consistent content in both quality and serviceStrong verbal and communication skills.
