**Rôle et Responsabilités
1.
(Region/account management) Manage organization and relationship building with accounts to lead the market change by understanding the regional e-commerce ecosystem trends.
2.
(Revenue management) Drive to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.
3.
(Online infrastructure improvement) Manage user experience to build and boost the online store sales and strategize its service.
**Skills and Qualifications
Job Purpose
Contribute to lead the implementation of the Samsung Online Shop strategy, working closely with CE business units to increase online direct sales, achieve the defined targets, driving profitable revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- AV/IT/HA Online Shop product catalogue management
- Run the online commercial strategy according with Digital Team and Sales Business Units
- Contribute to define an execute online commercial plan, closely working with eShop Marketing Manager and Sales business unit
- Activities and promotions ROI/Profit analysis
- Communicate with Business Operations Team (BI) that have to secure stock and goods availability, optimizing stock rotation
- Support eShop Marketing Manager executing traffic building campaigns, increasing conversion
- Highlight and suggest policies and procedures that can improve internal processes and collaboration between different departments.
- Report operational/technical issues arising
- According with daily activity, suggesting platform improvements
