You must possess the legal right to work in Italy / EU. Main responsibilities:Responsible for delivering the F&B related activities and achieving or exceeding the hotel targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and financial metrics;Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service;Responsible for the creation and delivery of short- and long-term F&B plans and strategies;Design exceptional and innovative restaurant concepts, purchase goods, china, etc. , and continuously make necessary improvements;Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel;Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures;Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs;Responsible for the implementation of any F&B-related projects and global programs;Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance performance for all F&B aspects and operations, such as LQA and guest experience;Guide and train the team of heads and line staff in the efficient delivery of the highest standards of service to our guests;Monitor food and safety regulations;Responsible for the planning and operation of events and banquets;Create, monitor, and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs;Coordinate emails and restaurant bookings;Lead by example and act as a role model for others, exhibiting the highest levels of professionalism in all management practices.
