Manager - Finance Business Planning
Finance Business Planning Manager Key responsabilities :
The role has a broad scope to include development, implementation, and monitor the company's business plan. Primary focus will be leading all data analysis to help informed decision-making.
Main workstream:
Building Business cases to evaluate new business opportunities or partnership renewal Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on performance, progress on projects, risks, and opportunities Actively Working with the Strategy teams with regards to modelling and business plan hypotheses Lead the work of cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, budgets and 5 years plan Manage and maintain a centralized repository of all business planning documents Develop and implement processes and tools to streamline and improve business planning activities Identify and recommend improvements to business planning methodology Analyze data and hypotheses with critical capacity aimed at a constructive challenge of the hypotheses and evaluate alternative scenarios to facilitate the identification of more profitable options Conduct due diligence on third parties business plans and industrial plans Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis requests
Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related fieldStrong background in both business and finance7+ years' experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy developmentExceptional analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnglish speaking fluentExperience of involvement in dynamic and challenging finance projectsQualities and Skills: Ideal candidates will be individuals with considerable influencing skills and authority whose qualities include:
Strategic thinking: ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate potential challenges and opportunities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to persuade other to take actions. Comfort working in a hands-on, highly engaged environment and willingness to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility along with a strong work ethic and bias for action. Well organized, flexible, and able to produce high quality work under strict deadlines. Resilient to change and able to act as a change agentEstablished analytical abilityAbility to simplify and improve inefficient or complex processes.
