Your Mission**:

Define, implement and maintain standard finance processes applicable for all legal entities, in collaboration of the finance community

Lead continuous process improvements in finance organizations.

Finance reference for the implementation of cross-functional projects and process.

Actively supports the Finance Global process owner in defining the roadmap and project prioritization of the group in line with Finance Business transformation and IT vision

Act as finance master data owner

Responsible of the Hubs development in a common way across the Regions.

Lead accounting centralization and accounting shared services concepts, manage accounting outsourcing

Animate a direct reporting line and act as the Leader of the local finance process drivers

Support the change management, make sure training and documentation are implemented

Manage the relationship with external auditors on the group level.

Lead and coordinate the external audit process on the group level

**Your Profile**:

Master degree or equivalent in Finance

A Minimum of 8 years' experience in Finance

Understanding of group reporting and consolidation

Strong understanding of accounting processes, techniques and standards

Knowledge about continuous improvement methodologies and principles (ex: Lean)

Experience in Agile methodology is a plus

Good project management skills

Strong interpersonal skills, team player

Ability to lead in a matrix organization

Result orientation

Fluency in English, written and spoken
