Join us in Neuhausen, Switzerland as a Digital Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Manager who can drive the expansion and transformation of our Digital business as an individual contributor.

This role offers high visibility to C-level leaders and significant growth potential.

Our Johnson Controls OpenBlue software offers cutting-edge digital solutions for Sustainable, Smart, and Healthy Buildings.

You will lead strategic analyzes and processes for Market & Competitive Intelligence.

You will work closely with teams such as Product Management and Digital Commercial, acting as a trusted advisor to create a competitive advantage that promotes global footprint expansion, customer adoption, and subscription renewal.

Additionally, depending on business priorities, you may support the improvement and execution of strategic processes and coordinate selected strategic initiatives.

How you will do it?

Lead competitor and market-wide analyzes and derive actionable insights.

Support analyzes for leadership and strategic processes improvement.

Manage relationships and submissions to external research firms.

Review market reports to expand organizational knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Coordinates selected strategic projects.

What we look for?

Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as top management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, attention to detail, solid project management skills, technical affinity in the areas of smart buildings or digital solutions.

Ownership and accountability, proactive can-do attitude, strong presentation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and networking abilities, ambition for personal and professional growth, collaborative and inclusive approach, adept at dealing with uncertainty, ability to formulate independent opinions, passion for the digital industrial space.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
