Key Job ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of Global Partner Managers to deliver the revenue goals through exploring new business opportunities and more effective advertisers' engagement approaches. Being capable of navigating Amazon globally to leverage global resources and influence global partners to better serve our customers. Influencing products' roadmap through close communications with the internal partner team to reflect CN advertisers' voices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of sales, inside sales, or business development experienceExperience managing teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processesExperience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new businessExperience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as SalesforceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
