Responsibilities Structure, lead and execute the Group's debt capital market and debt financing transactions, as well as manage the outstanding financial debt.

Lead and manage the overall rating process, including preparing presentations and materials for the annual rating review meetings.

Monitor global financial markets and assess their impact on the company's debt strategy.

Perform detailed analysis to identify potential debt opportunities to restructure or refinance for better terms.

Provide strategic advice on capital structure and debt capacity to the senior management and leadership team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, rating agencies and other market participants.

Manage the financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, developing financial strategies and plans in alignment with the company's goals.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, financial regulations and standards in connection with the Group's debt financing transactions.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

Professional certification (e. g. , CFA, CPA) is a plus.

A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a relevant role in debt capital markets, corporate finance and financial planning.

Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills as well as excellent negotiation abilities.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Deep understanding of financial instruments and financial regulations and legislation.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
