**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Product Introduction (NPI) - **Detailed market analysis for inflections, assessing product-market fit, development of business plans, internal executive alignment, positioning of products
- **Product Life Cycle Management - **you pro-actively drive our products from conception to high volume manufacturing to obsolescence using internal tools and workflows, drive constant improvement of processes for better operational efficiency
- **Product Roadmaps -** Envision, define, deliver the product roadmap for the business unit's portfolio, periodically update roadmaps through discussions with customers and internal experts
- ** Cross-functional Program Management** of research and development projects supporting the product roadmap, align product priorities and internal technical resources to execute roadmap.
Work with product development teams on specifications and defining success metrics, prioritization of product development and customer demonstration activities
- ** Financial Management - **Responsible for product cost structure, plan and execute continuous margin improvement roadmaps, work with the finance department on NPV and IRR for products, maintain cost of ownership (CoO) models
- **Business Planning and Market Analysis **- Expected to present at company operation/planning meetings, Create Business plan/Operation review materials, Create Business forecast based on market information, support budget planning, support competitive analysis
- **Customer Engagement -** Help create and manage customer-facing presentations, perform detailed market and competitive analysis, cost of ownership analysis
- **Competitive analysis -** Develop product scorecards, Understand the competitive dynamics affecting the technical solution and business opportunity
- ** Supplier Engagement -** Develop key capabilities for new products through collaboration with suppliers
- **Strategic Marketing and Communications - **Develop IP and licensing strategies, Prepare go to market strategies for executive R&D expenditure requests, develop roadmap and product strategy presentations for executive level
**Requirements**:
- 5-10 years of direct, relevant experience in product management or technical marketing role in the semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
- Masters or higher in Materials Science or Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is a plus
- Process or device experience in semiconductors or capital equipment
- Deposition process technology experience is a plus
- Direct customer engagement or supplier management experience
- Ability to work with and drive multiple internal disciplines on portfolio of products
- Deep understanding of the product life cycle process
- High level of proficiency or deep understanding of capital equipment systems in semiconductor or similar industry
- Ability to travel globally (10%)
