As part of Louis Vuitton's Manager in Training (MIT) Program, you will embark upon a dynamic and in-depth journey of discovery through 4 rotations in different locations: Client Advisor Journey, Retail Excellence Journey, Headquarters Immersion, and Management Journey.

Welcome every Client and provide the best Client ExperienceAdvise Clients across the Brand and all product categoriesAct as a role model demonstrating sales leadershipEnsure business opportunities through efficient sales floor managementRetail Excellence Journey - approx.

Engage with Clients long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling toolsAssist Management in daily clienteling operationsUnderstand company's policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when neededHeadquarters Immersion (3 to 6 months) and Management Journey (approx.
