This is a hybrid role, but you have to live in Italy. You will report to our Country Manager, Enrico Rigotti.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee large accounts under the Universal Robots portfolio, ensuring top-tier account management for key clients.
- Proactively scout and identify new potential large accounts within the Italian territory, specializing in collaborative robot solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the potential of new large accounts, with a focus on collaborative robot integration, automation needs, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
- Operate and establish a robust presence across the entire Italian territory, cultivating relationships and promoting Universal Robots' collaborative robot solutions.
- Take charge of revenue generation from large accounts, with a specific emphasis on sectors such as Automotive, Food and Beverage, and Electronics.

To be successful as a Manager for Large Accounts in UR, you bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large account management or a related role within the automation and robotics industry
- Proven experience in large account management, demonstrating a successful track record within the automation and robotics industry, particularly with collaborative robots.
- In-depth understanding of the Italian business landscape, specifically in automation needs and collaborative robot solutions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships within the automation and robotics domain.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a focus on specified sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction in the field of collaborative robotics.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes within the automation and robotics sector.
