Manager, Learning & Development
We're looking for you, a brilliant professional Manager, Talent & L&D joining our EU HR team working closely with our Corporate Global Talent Development COE to activate and embed enterprise resources and share best practices and supporting all our European population talent and development needs.

It's a new role reporting in solid to the EU HRD and based in one of our great locations we have across Europe, preferably in Italy and/or France.
**Job Description**:
The Manager, Learning & Development role represents a dynamic opportunity for a professional with strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and leadership skills to work as a key member of the EU HR Team and Global Talent Management team.
Reporting in solid to the EU HRD and in dotted to the Vice President, Global Talent, Diversity & Communications and working with other members of the EU HR team and the TD&C COE, the Manager, Learning & Development will be a thought partner and valued member of the team by building and enhancing the function.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with the EU HRD and VP Talent, Diversity & Communications to set the EU Learning & Development strategy
- Collaborate with EU HRD and TD&C COE to implement the EU learning roadmap and initiatives
- Conduct organization level assessments to determine current and future learning requirements and gaps
- Conduct assessment of learning and development needs unique to each region/business/function and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap to developing critical leadership skills and bench strength within each of those regions/businesses/functions
- Support the development and implementation of key behavioral learning initiatives and tools that close critical skill gaps and support the philosophy of managers as coaches
- Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools such as employee coaching, 360 assessments to positively influence employee development to support talent readiness and retention
- Develop, design, and implement internal training programs, events, and development activities consistent with Watt's values and strategic objectives on a variety of topics including interpersonal skills, HR processes etc.

- Deploy across EU locations global trainings i. e.
NLI
- Build and deploy in EU relevant frameworks, technologies, tools, and programs that will help employees gain feedback, identify, and build requisite skills, navigate career paths, and build networks of mentors and advocates
- Actively and effectively communicate and market learning and development opportunities throughout the organization
- Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness/usage of training programs, initiatives and tools such as LinkedIn Learning and drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and incorporating enhancements
- Establish and analyze talent metrics and qualitative information to measure and report on effectiveness.
- Lead other learning & development initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
Master's Degree in Business and/or Human Resources Management/Organizational Development is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Learning & Development.
- Experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines, including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Talent Management, Organizational Development and Change Management is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate business strategies into organizational initiatives and learning priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to implement learning initiatives and programs across the organization to management and staff at all levels.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, design, lead, implement, and monitor broad HR-related programs and initiatives in the context of broader business/organizational objectives.
- Experience working with global teams within a manufacturing industry
- Strong skills and experience in managing talent initiatives, internal consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and organization development interventions.
- Project management skills, analytical skills, organization skills, and strong time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative with an ability to work across multiple organization levels, geographies and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Stays current with trends, research and best practices in adult learning and talent development
- Hybrid role, preferred locations Biassono (MB-Italy) or Virey Le Grand (France)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent in English, Italian and French.
