**Responsibilities

- Establishes project plans for and leads the implementation of key programs and activities in accordance with ASM Global Operations strategic goals.

- Identifies internal cross-functional stakeholders to participate in key strategic program planning and ensures transparent communication regarding project goals, issues, and decisions.

- Acts as a representative of the Global Operations leadership team to provide input to external strategic programs to ensure program goals align with Global Operations goals and resource requirements are clearly stated.

- Responsible for leading teams in a matrix reporting environment, including leadership representatives from manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, forecasting, facilities, and logistics across 3 global manufacturing sites to meet strategic program objectives.

- Establishes overall budgets, operating plans, and reporting templates for strategic programs.

- Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

- Drives changes to business processes to align with company growth objectives.

- Establishes a thorough change management program to roll out proposed changes to and receive feedback form stakeholders at all levels.

- Presents overall program status updates to the Global Operations senior leadership team and the ASM Senior Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering or related field.

- Good program management and stakeholder management skills

- At least 15 years of relevant experiences in multiple roles within semiconductor industry preferred

- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills

- Proven experience managing both direct and indirect / matrix reporting teams
