This position can be based in most locations in Europe, with travel expected less than 20% of the time to meet colleagues and clients, attend industry events, etc.

As a member of the Industrial Solutions Strategy team, you will contribute to growth strategy, portfolio recommendations, competitive strategy, and business performance by working on strategic decisions and key business issues.

Your main tasks:Support development of robust strategic planEffectively translate business requests into well-defined problemsCollaborate with the Segment and with the Business Unit teams to solve complex business problemsDevelop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex project assignments in creative and meaningful waysIdentify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businessesAnalyze industry structure, competitive dynamics, market attractiveness, technology and regulatory trends; Project likely evolutions to inform strategy developmentCreate analytical models to address key business questions and translate output into clear storiesLead the overall fact base creation and communication processContribute to the professional development of AnalystsYour ideal background:Bachelor or master studies in a relevant fieldExperience in strategy formulation and implementation within a complex organizationExperience in managing strategy and strategy implementation projects through their lifecyclesExperience working at a top tier General Management Consulting Firm and serving diversified industrials or high-tech ClientsAbility to structure and solve complex problems using a hypothesis-driven approachProficient in sourcing and analyzing complex dataAbility to architect and create insights through strategy tools, frameworks, and processesClear and concise oral and written communication in EnglishCompetenciesMotivating Others, Building Effective Teams, Managing and Measuring Work
