Chengdu Branch - B40 We are looking for a results-driven team leader with retail experience to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces while delivering first-class services to customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to deliver results. Responsibilities include providing primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers, managing relationships with key accounts, developing strategies to maximize these relationships, and proactively monitoring accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Lead team to work with sellers to grow business and success on Amazon Stores. Improve team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying processes. Hire and develop a talented team. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance. Analyze territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements. Define territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts. Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan. Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework. Manage all aspects of the client relationship for the highest standard of seller experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of hiring and retaining digital advertising teams experience Experience with annual brand and media planning Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
