Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing and scaling an EMEA team of Partner Operations Managers
- Experience in compliance, policy, Service-Level Agreement (SLA) management, managed services, and security operations
- Experience executing in a customer focused environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Google Certificate or Professional Cloud Architect certification (e. g. , Cloud Digital Leader/Associate Cloud Engineer)
- Experience in helping integrate processes between internal/external parties, and designing systems, tools, and workflows that will help Google work with external parties
- Experience implementing projects in a demanding environment
- Experience with best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media
- Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
**About the job**:
The purpose of the Infrastructure Operations Practice is to deploy, manage, and operate complex customer environments, support our partners who operate environments on our behalf, and extend the capabilities of Google Cloud beyond the boundaries of our own data centers to host and edge data centers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow and develop a team of experienced Partner Operations Managers.
- Develop the technical integration design and plans, then lead the effort to onboard new partners (e. g. , strategic alliances, technology partners, managed service providers) who provide Google Cloud support to end customers.
- Develop relationships and work across all Google Cloud customer-facing teams to deliver a unified approach with partners, and contribute to the growth and direction of Google Cloud's Partner business.
- Provide ongoing management and monitoring of support quality provided by the partner to their customers.
- Perform regular reviews to evaluate and assess existing partner's competencies, along with key trends in customer needs to surface improvement or technology adoption opportunities to partners.
