About the job

As Product Manager Leader you will be driving and safe guarding the competitiveness of the portfolio and ensuring that our products are our customer's first choice today and tomorrow.

The Business Unit is in a transformation phase with huge volume development and we are looking for a Product Manager to drive the change from designing one product optimized thermally, to a portfolio of good performing products optimized for the supply chain.

Who are you?

- Marketing or Commercial experience is an advantage.

- Structured and analytical person with high focus and understanding of business

- Decisive in prioritization and follow up

- Ability to move from information collection to analysis and decision-making

- Skilled in leading cross functional teams

- Good communicator and team player with strong drive and a lot of energy.

- A good level of spoken and written English is required.

Practicalities

The position is based in Lund (Sweden) or SanBonifacio (Italy), and some travelling is required.

You will report to the Head of Global Key Accounts and Product Management, and be part of an international.
