Join us in our External Affairs team as Manager Public and International Affairs and you will be responsible for engaging with institutions and other external stakeholders to further improve PMI's credibility and build tobacco harm reduction awareness.

Reporting directly to the External Affairs Director, you will promote Philip Morris views to decision-makers and other stakeholders and ensure the development of a policy framework which supports PMIs transition to a smoke-free future.

Moreover you will develop advocacy strategies, monitor policy developments at local and internal level and undertake advocacy activities in line with the agreed strategy.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Drive and develop strategic engagement plans that increase PMIs harm reduction policy recognition;

- Identify legislative opportunities and challenges;

- Assist with identifying, monitoring and influencing all business critical political and policy developments;

- Developing key expertise areas, providing recommendations on positioning and represent PMI and promote its interests at key events (conferences, workshops, meetings), seeking opportunities to build relationships in relative regulatory programs and initiatives;

- Promote activities sought at reinforcing PMIs image, business and products awareness amongst Institutional Stakeholders

Who we're looking for:

- At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Affairs or Government/Regulatory affairs

- Experience with regulatory issues

- Experience in strategic engagement planning or project management

- Experience in political-related position (eg in local or EU administration/parliament).

- Stakeholder management and conflict management

- Good presentation skills

- Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives

- Business Acumen and drive for result

- Good knowledge of English and Italian languages
