Our People Advisory Services business (PAS) is focused on people management and our vision is to help our clients get it right in all its facets.

PAS has two key pillars: Transformation (Workforce Advisory), mobile talent and workforce enablement (Integrated Mobility).

In Workforce Advisory, where this position is located in Rome, we help organizations put talent and purpose at the heart of their transformation agenda.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Shaping and delivering PAS projects on workforce planning and workforce transformation at local and global

- Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills

- Guaranteeing integration and excellence towards the EY network, at both Italy and Europe-West level

**Skills and attributes for success

**To qualify for the role you must have**:

- 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Strategic Workforce Planning

- Experience in analyzing and reporting on data and trends that contribute to the development of workforce planning strategies that support operational and people plans.

- Proven track record in implementing and regularly updating an end-to-end workforce planning process, including design, plan, and deployment of the workforce strategy with relevant tools and frameworks.

- Experience in interpreting data and reporting on trends and projections data to inform workforce plans and strategic decision making

- Strong technical understanding of required tools and various reporting software suites.

**Ideally, you'll also have**:

- Full fluency in English

- A bachelor's degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical

- Experience in delivering large-scale projects, including those with deliverables with high-visibility to senior leaders.

- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel).

- Excellent skill in PowerPoint.

- Readiness to learn and develop new skills

- Strong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and region
