**Operationalise a profile-based sourcing strategy
**Leverage technology to nurture talent
Leverage technology to nurture talent through effective tagging and working closely with peers in TA partnering and employer brand to bring nurtured talent to talent events and receive relevant talent content form Satispay
**Continuing a culture of one team
Today, our recruiters, TA coordinators and talent sourcers are aligned in "pods".
One for Tech & product and one for Business development and other functions.
It's very much the intention we keep these pods to ensure we have people working as one team and achieve OKR's in a sustainable way.
**Develop key accountabilities and personas on the team
Evolving our model does involve change, particularly, in accountabilities, KPI's.
As such, working with your peers and team to create personas: setting out the key accountabilities, handoffs and KPI's will be a key part of this change.
**TALENT TEAM KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION, DATA AND ANALYTICS
Documenting our processes and accountabilities keeping stakeholders in the loop on how we do our work and who to contact.
Publishing and maintaining content relating to the teams processes and OKR's on our communications platforms such as Slack and GSuite.
Setting up the process with peers and stakeholders

Our most meaningful work happens across teams, not just in our own department.
This role will engage across Satispay with hiring leaders and other departments in order to deliver on our OKR's (Objectives, key results)
**PARTNER & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS
Alongside Director, Talent, set up the process for engaging, monitoring and supporting external partners and vendor platforms.

We're looking to find a talent sourcing manager who shares our passion for Satispay's opportunity, the belief that people experience builds healthy, enduring companies and positively impacts people's lives.
You'll get a kick from building things for the first time, taking things from conceptual stage to operationalising them.

If you see a 70% fit against the responsibilities below and requirements on this role then we want to hear from you:
- Experience building and implementing talent function and ability to articulate comfortably why each foundation was built and what the outcome was.
- Experience managing a team of talent sourcers or recruiters and delivering organisation-wide objectives and key results.
- Expertise with sourcing & intelligence platforms such as LInkedIn and other specific platforms whether that be hackerank,
- Keen eye towards data insights, metrics and data: usage of Tableau or Looker would help
- Fluency in English is essential as we grow as an international company
**Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
