Manager Up – Technology – Solution architect - Hybrid-work – | Staff Interno - Deloitte Italy Your Role Manager Up - The Solution Architect will be responsible for providing guidance and best practices for the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet specific business needs in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

This includes working with business functions and Business Relationship Manager, to understand the business goals, translating them into technical requirements, and then selecting and integrating the most appropriate technologies to achieve those goals.

For a full coverage of your role, you should be especially able to: Be the technical point of contact and lead, assisting and advising where necessary, other team members and those from other business areas as required. Work directly with the business as well as with business relationship managers to clarify requirements, problem statements, success criteria, key assumptions, dependencies and constraints. Drive and support collaborative solution option analysis and, on the basis of this analysis, recommend the high-level solution and approachLiaise with regional and global colleagues on regional and global programs, and to align on standards and policies Ensure that the solution designs meet both Global and regional policies and standards, as well as local requirements to ensure that all platforms and associated services are secure from the ground up.

Review proposed architectures and provide feedback to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Winning Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and designing IT architectures and/or systems.

Knowledge of relevant frameworks/methodologies in Enterprise Architecture and Service management (e. g.

TOGAF, Cobit, ITIL, CMMI, . . . ) Skills in designing, drawing, representing, and describing identified solutions.

Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Computing paradigms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Fluent knowledge of professional Italian and English is essential.
