The Unscripted Manager works in the Original Productions department.

The main role purpose is to look for new unscripted projects, to develop them with the internal team and with the external producers: to look for new trends and ideas in the unscripted market both national and international.

The aim is to build a strong pipeline for the General Entertainment Company's Platform.

Together with the rest of the Unscripted team will follow the greenlit projects in the various stages of production.

This person reports to the Sr.

Manager Unscripted and to the Director Original Productions.

**Responsibilities**:

- This person will have to search, evaluate, analyse and develop the Unscripted Production projects.

- Brief and Pitch sessions with Producers.

- Development Projects Development: notes and analysis of scripts and treatments.

- Support the Unscripted team on execution once the project is greenlit

**Basic Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of previous experience in development and format department of Production Company, Tv Broadcaster or OTT.

- Strong relationship with producers, directors, authors.

- Degree in Communication or similar.

- Fluent in English

- Deep knowledge of the Italian and International market (documentary, docu-serie, format).

- Ability to scout new creative talents and new projects
