Job Description:What impact will you make? We are looking for a managerial figure to join the Value Creation Services team of Deloitte Financial Advisory in Milan, who will work in a Hybrid mode.

The team supports Corporate and Private Equity clients, both Italian and international, offering tailored services in national and international contexts for extraordinary finance operations (M&A), providing support throughout the deal lifecycle, from M&A Strategy to Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, up to the execution of integration and/or separation projects.

Your Role: The role of Manager at Deloitte holds strategic value: in addition to leading a team, sharing their know-how and approach, they will be responsible for managing client relationships, focusing on Pre Deal and Post Deal themes within extraordinary finance operations (M&A).

Specifically:

Pre-Deal: Coordinating projects regarding strategic market analysis (Go To Market), industrial plans, scouting for extraordinary operations on both buy-side and sell-side (Commercial Due Diligence). Post-Deal: Coordinating projects regarding the design and implementation of separation and integration plans through Operational Due Diligence, Synergies Assessment, Post Merger Integration, Carve Out Strategy & Execution. Business Transformation Projects: Coordinating projects regarding the design of strategic initiatives to support growth, with quantification of benefits on P&L and Cash Flow.

Activities include Cost Optimization, Cost Reduction, and Performance Improvement. Winning Requirements: Master's Degree in economic/financial subjects or management engineering. At least 5 years of experience gained at major Boutiques and/or Consulting Firms specialized in Pre Deal or Post Deal themes for Corporate clients and Private Equity Funds. Solid experience in managing complex projects through a quantitative and analytical approach. Proven experience in coordinating one or more work teams. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
