Manager Up - Service Management & Delivery Lead - Mico 2026 Olympic GamesWe are seeking a Service Management & Delivery Lead to join the Olympics Team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in Milan-Cortina HQ. The Service Management & Delivery Lead is a critical role to manage the establishment and operation of an effective Service Management and Service Delivery function through the lifecycle of the Milano Cortina 2026 Games. Your RoleThe Manager/Senior Manager will play a strategic role: leading a team, sharing their expertise and approach, they will be responsible for client relationships, fostering business development and also:• Building and managing the onsite Service Management and Service Delivery organisation and creating an effective working relationship with MiCo counterparts• Drive overall Service Management and Service Delivery strategy adoption within the MiCo Technology organisation• Escalation point for the Service Management & Delivery team• Lead development of the Technology Resource Plan and the Technology Service Catalogue and monitor evolution throughout the project• Coordinate "Service Level Agreement" ("SLA") definitions for all elements of the Technology Service Catalogue and all Operational Periods• Onboard OCOG, Technology Service Providers and all other relevant personas into operations and ensure coordination of release management with OCOG• Monitor onboarded/supported OCOG Technology operations and that service levels are met according to the SLA• Establish guidelines and processes for collaboration on incident management (including critical situation incident management) with service providers and the OCOG• Oversee the design, management and operation of the Central Service Desk and Venue Service Desks by the team• Support and enforce adoption of key disciplines of change, incident, configuration, release management and other processes• Support TOC selection, design, implementation and testing activities, including consolidating and specifying TOC requirementsWinning Requirements• At least 5 years relevant experience in Service Management and Service Delivery• Experienced in the planning and operation of major events• Comprehensive understanding of key ITIL processes• Credible team manager able to lead and represent the project at all levels of the organisation, including with MiCo and Service Proivders• Strong English language proficiency (both verbal and written). • Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Milan (MiCo 2026) Headquarters with clients and team membersMake an Impact that MattersDeloitte is a leading global network of professional services firms with over 457, 000 people in over 150 countries.
