- PURPOSE:
The resource is responsible for managing and coordinating the Utility business unit processes and resources in order to meet business goals, ensuring process optimisation and department productivity.
**Requirements**:
- ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Co-ordinates and manages the business unit within the framework of the Company's values, mission and strategies, by creating an environment conducive to the delivery the services, ensuring adherence to agreed SLA and granting expected BU profitability.
- Assesses customers feedback and provide improvements proposals
- Escalates to the Managing Director Major/Critical Risks for the client relationship
- Reports to the Managing Director on regular basis, partnering with him/her to support company innovation and processes improvements
- Ensures compliance to applicable regulations
- Defines and manages units KPIs, supporting the team in aligning their performances to company's and client's expectations
- Acting as SME and functional report, supports the team in managing high-risk and complex activities
- Guarantees that proper and continuous trainings are provided to the resources in order to allow the team to be always aligned to the usage of the required technologies and evolving process
- Attends SAL with the Client providing proper reporting
- BAKGROUND & EXPERIENCE- High school Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 year of experience in Services companies (preferred domains: IT and Helpdesk, Utilities Insurance, Banking)
- Previous experience in resources management and processes and performances governance
- Experience developed in outsourcing companies is a plus
- Good knowledge of English (both oral and written)
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Understanding of Helpdesk processes and Information flow logics
- Utility Business processes knowledge and applicable regulation is a plus
- Knowledge of performances management techniques
