Job Description: Your Tasks You advise and coach our customers in the insurance environment in agile transformation and digitization projects.

You develop the approaches to agile transformation and implement the agile transformation roadmap including change and qualification concepts.

You enrich agile meetings and workshops at technical and executive level through skilled facilitation.

In all interactions with customers, you represent an outcome orientation to measure agility against the added value for customers.

You support our team in the continuous development of our services as well as the training of our employees and contribute your own ideas and key topics.

Your Profile You possess expertise as a manager and coach.

You have experience in management and planning of consulting projects.

You have methodological knowledge in moderation, change management, and team development.

You possess know-how of the insurance environment.

You have very good written and spoken German (at least C1) and English skills.
