For a multinational fast growing Group, leader in the Engineering and Electrical sectors we are searching for a:**Managing Director**Mission:Reporting to the Board of Directors and being a member of it, ensures both management and development of the business of four Companies part of the Group, including P&L as well as financials and the achievement of all targets, in accordance with the Group strategy. Main responsibilities:- Ensure the turnover and EBITDA by effective implementation of the business plan;- Build high trust relationship between the Group and all the stakeholders, in order to get competitive advantages;- Manage four production plants supervising production and performances of each department;- Provide the guidelines to develop the growth's strategy and present it to the Board of Directors;- Define budget and target priorities, assures the periodic monitoring, control and forecasting, and coordinates all the activities;- Represent the organization at public events and meeting with other companies;- Guarantee the compliance of the company and its staff with applicable regulations;- Ensure management of the people, their training and professional development, according to the Group policies. Knowledge and experience:- Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus;- At least 5 years' experience in the role in the manufacturing sector;- Developed experience in medium companies ( <500 employees);- Experience at companies working on commissioned orders basis is a plus;- Strong experience in leading roles.
