Our client, a leader in the field of professional washing solutions, has entrusted us to search for a: MANAGING DIRECTOR The candidate has to belong to a similar industry, with a good knowledge of B2B Market and used to sell products through dealers – end users (Restaurant, bars and Hotels are a plus). The new Managing Director has to have professional experiences in sales or "service after sales" with a very good entrepreneurial spirit. Main responsibilities: Set the overall strategic direction for the Italian market together with the Group Further develop the group's business model including Digital Services and Product solutions Consolidate market leader position by increasing the presence, brand awareness and further developing sales and service structures Represent the company towards the market, the employees and the local authorities Lead the Sales organization by providing advice on sales strategy and approach in order to continue the development of the business and improve sales processes and methods Support the Service organization in further improving the service and after-sales business Requirements: Profound experience in sales oriented general management roles ideally within the HoReCa or similar industries in B2B environments Good technical understanding and strong knowledge of general sales discipline and methodology Relevant experience in the Italian market Excellent negotiation skills, ideally with experience in a dealer/direct sales combination business model Natural leader and strong communicator able to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers and staff Proactive, solution oriented and entrepreneurial mindset Strive for excellence and high-quality service delivery Fluency in Italian and English is a must Location: Varese area J-18808-Ljbffr
