About the Company: Executive Director/Managing Director: Strategic and operational responsibility of the subsidiary or branch office.
Management of daily business, Sales departments via direct reports, motivation and development of employees, budget and cost centre planning, control of budget and expenses.
Responsibilities: Sales: Sales force coaching, detection of potential new markets and market research, market and competition analyses, definition of the pricing policy and commercial strategy, further development of sales strategies and measures to acquire new customers, managing key account customers, collaboration at trade fairs, international technical support on key accounts, contract negotiations with key account customers. Technical / Product: Manage all technical issues related to devices and consumables, management of the technical part of quality problems (devices and consumables), management of special requests, cooperation on product portfolio. Qualifications: Professional experience in a management position for more than 5 years.
Degree in business administration or technical field.
Required Skills: Strategic way of thinking and working. Technical understanding. Good computational and analytical skills. Assertiveness, commitment, and willingness to travel. Great social skills, empathy, and team spirit. Business fluent in English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage.
