Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in a senior management role within the luxury hotel sector.

- Exceptional leadership and overall industrial experience of at least 15 years and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and forecasting.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
