Your Tasks - What You can expect as Managing Director (f/m/d) for Italy?

Develop, implement and monitor country strategy, objectives and business plans in line with the region and BUs as well as execute corrective actions in case of deviations.

Take over full local P&L responsibility for our two sites in Italy and develop as well as implement efficient organizational structure and processes to reach targets in agreement with region, BUs and Corporate Center.

Ensure that business plans and financial objectives are achieved and that Siegwerk is successfully positioned with its products and service portfolio.

Achieve defined sales targets and act as an important stakeholder for our national and international clients as well as internal stakeholders.

Ensure the implementation of new products and technologies, state-of-the-art customer services as well as efficient production and supply chain management.

Responsible for all upcoming HR and finance topics in collaboration with the responsible colleagues.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Managing Director (f/m/d) for Italy?

Based on your university degree, you have relevant management experience in the ink or packaging industry, desirable as Managing Director.

You have a strong network in the market and you quickly understand relevant processes and business models in the ink industry.

You have a pragmatic and transparent approach as well as strong decision-making skills.

You are able to think through problems analytically and develop successful solutions based on this.

You like to work in a matrix organization with your colleagues from different regions, BUs and Corporate Center.

You are a great communicator in Italian and English.

You are able to be at site primarily in Poppi but also Oleggio to be in close contact with the organization and the people.
