With multinational teams present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the UK, we're now expanding to Italy and four more countries.

We are looking for a **Managing Director Italy (M/F/d) **(part-time or full-time; based in Milan)

**Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Establishing the BauWatch brand and driving sales growth (very hands-on in first year)

- Full P&L ownership and full accountability for end-to-end operations of the country entity

- Identification, hiring and continuous development of talents in your country organization

- Provide the structure and discipline needed to drive sustainable growth in an continuous improvement approach along the entire value chain

- Finalize the initial setup of our new country operations in Italy, supported by the group and experienced, international specialists to make sure you succeed.

**Requirements**:

You should be a data-driven and committed team-leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who wants to take full ownership of building a customer-centric organization

- You should be hands-on and enjoy developing organizations, structures and processes

- Ideally, you are an experienced team leader with a track-record of empowering teams, fostering accountability, and developing future leaders in your team

- P&L / cash-flow management related finance know-how; previous P&L responsibility is a plus

- Previous entrepreneurial and/or extensive sales experience is a plus

- Fluency in Italian and English is a must
