Mandarin Teacher for After-School Activity

**Location**: International School of Rimini, Rimini, Italy

**Position Type**: Part-Time (1 hour per week, 28 sessions)

**Possibility of collaboration as a freelancer (P. IVA required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.

- Create a curriculum that focuses on language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding of the Chinese language and traditions.

- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and program activities.

- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin

- Relevant teaching certification or qualification in language instruction

- Experience teaching Mandarin to children

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

- Passion for language education and cultural exchange

**Work Schedule**:

- 1 hour per week for a total of 28 sessions during the school year.

**Compensation**:

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
