**Job Description**:

Our MFC (Manufacturing Coordination) office is looking for a resource to be included in its team as a project manager.

The person specifically will mainly deal with the following activities:

- Coordination, supervision and support of the project teams in order to implement relocation projects at the various offices of the group.

- Support in the development phases of production processes by cooperating with company bodies for the preparation of technical documentation (bill of materials, assembly and testing instructions, P-FMEA analysis, definition of Control Plans, etc. )

and by transferring the current know-how and the technologies currently in use

- Control, in collaboration with the quality body, of the conformity of production processes to the standards implemented in the lead plant;

- Supervision, in collaboration with the Purchasing function of the various plants and the incoming inspection at the lead plant, of the Quality levels of the first supplies of samples purchased from LCC suppliers to ensure full compliance with the Quality standards both of products and processes;

- Collaborate with the management control for an adequate marginality of the products after the relocation and development of any improvement actions (if necessary).

- Schedule (if necessary) training sessions for colleagues in the other production plants at IPN level, developing a continuous flow of information to standardize production processes and facilitate the transfer of corporate culture and core values.

- Support the definition of strategic product relocation plans (analysis of the range of products in the various production plants and on the basis of market data and customer feedback for the development of new localization strategies)

**_ Education_**: Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for a person with a thorough knowledge of CAD design software such as PRO-E, SolidWorks, CAM.

Familiar with MS Office.

It is essential to have a good knowledge of the English language.

Good familiarity with the main IT tools (MS OFFICE) is required for this role and knowledge of company management systems (APACHE, GPS) is appreciated.
