ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.

Your duties include but are not limited to researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.

You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality, and Planning Departments to support improvement processes and achieve results.

The Manufacturing Engineer uses knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies.

You will also develop relationships with other Regions and Departments, participating in benchmarks.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

Analyze process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improveAnalyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps in order to identify product characteristics and behaviorManage DOE and testing plans to improve process parameter settingsEngage in problem-solving activities and identify and implement solutions related to safety and quality improvement, cost and lead time reductionManage economics and develop business casesStandardize and optimize processesPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Degree in EngineeringYou have at least 1 year of experienceYou are team-orientedYou can work under pressure and deliver tasks on timeYou are oriented towards digitalization and information technologiesYou have good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
