ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Researching production and logistics techniques. Testing new systems for efficiency. Planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperate directly with Production, Quality and Planning Departments to support the improvement process and in achieving results. The Manufacturing Engineer uses knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs, searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies. You will also develop relationships with other Regions and Departments, participating in the benchmarks.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:Analyze process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps in order to identify product characteristics and behavior. Manage DOE and testing plans to improve process parameter settings. Engage in problem solving activities and solution identification and implementation related to safety and quality improvement, cost, and lead time reduction. Manage economics and elaboration of business cases. Process standardization and optimization. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have:

A Degree in Engineering. At least 1 year of experience. A team work oriented mindset. The ability to work under pressure and timely deliver tasks. An orientation towards digitalization and information technologies. Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint). Are you ready for this challenge?
