For a company leader in highly engineered solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of powered vehicles, we are looking for a:

Manufacturing engineer.

Responsabilità

Ensure and manage the Industrialization activities, related to automotive transmissions assembly lines and EoL test benches, included continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes, with the target of costs, timing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility wil be:

Supporting Sales dpt for proposals activities, providing capex and direct Importante Azienda estimations related to the assembly

systems.

Ensuring the manufacturing feasibility for competence projects, with target of cost and timing.

Supporting the R&D team on design for assembly activities.

Defining the "process concept" for new projects according to the approved Capex, selecting the manufacturing system,

Technologies and automation level.

Coordinating assembly system suppliers, including commissioning and start up activities on receiving plant, managing also

the process documentation and ensuring alignment between all involved functions.

Monitoring Capex approved Budget related to competence projects.

Managing all activities related to PFMEA in order to validate the assemblysystem, ensuring "zero defect "and customer

satisfaction and involving all interested functions.

Managing, on competence projects, the "change management process" and continuous improvement activities in order to

guarantee project targets

Coordinating, on competence projects, all system/process/quality audits (eg.

IATF or customer)

**Qualifications**:

Bachelor's degree on Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering

Travels availability

Strong familiarity with lean manufacturing tools, methodologies, and best practices

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques on automotive field

Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations

Well-versed in relevant software (e. g.

CAD, MS Office)

Project management skills

Problem-solving ability

Teamwork skills and "action oriented" approach

Well knowledge of English language
