What are the characteristics of the role? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for classic activities related to the role (optimization of production processes and technical support to production) to ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of products with applicable technical documentation, with specific responsibility for special processes (destructive and non-destructive testing, electroerosion, surface treatments, and painting).
What will your daily responsibilities be? Design and implement production processes: define production techniques, choose equipment, and optimize workflows. Analyze and improve continuously: identify bottlenecks and introduce solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Support production: collaborate with the operational team to solve technical problems, ensuring compliance with timelines and standards. Document management: draft work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process analyses. Interface with other departments: work with engineering, quality, and supply chain to integrate design requirements and manage any changes. Technological innovation: introduce new technologies to improve production processes. What will you bring to the role? The Manufacturing Engineer will play a strategic role in ensuring that internal processes, with a special focus on special processes, are managed with maximum efficiency and quality, contributing to:
Increase production efficiency by optimizing processes to reduce waste, rework, and costs. Strengthen the company's competitiveness by introducing technological innovations and advanced methodologies to keep the facility at the forefront. Support audits and certifications ensuring compliance with NADCAP and AS9100 standards, contributing to the maintenance and attainment of key certifications. Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and leading innovation projects in special processes. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Industrial Engineering or similar), even recent graduates. Familiarity with special processes (heat treatments, galvanizing, painting, etc. ). Familiarity with digital tools and data analysis techniques. Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and tackle daily challenges. Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and a focus on continuous improvement. Interest in the aerospace sector and production processes. What do we offer you?
