About the Team:

As a member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that directly enhance our production capabilities and drive continuous improvement across our facilities.

Our team is committed to optimizing processes, developing cutting-edge tooling and equipment, and resolving complex engineering challenges to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do at Justrite:

Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and internal logistics;Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations;Find ways to reduce waste, costs and to improve quality repeatability;Propose to upgrade systems and processes with new technologies;Identify effective automated and non-automated systems;Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria;Define requirements of new equipment, plan and follow installation and maintenance;Resolve issues and delays in production;Close collaboration with other departments (Supply chain/Eng/Quality) in order to ensure continuous improvement;Optimize production management in terms of service, cost, quality and safety, respecting specific KPIs;Ensure the execution of production plans by reacting promptly to the problems;Management of production team with direct responsibility for containing the total cost of labour;Define and monitor the production budget, proposing policies regarding staffing, stock and investments in technology, equipment and maintenance to the General Management;Propose guidelines regarding the purchasing and maintenance of production systems and spaces, with responsibility for respecting the budget;Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;This role is best suited for a pro-active, hands-on person with 3-5 years of experience in metalworking companies (sheet metal preferred). Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35, 000 to $40, 000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.

Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
