You will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Your expertise will contribute to reducing costs and ensuring the highest level of product quality.
You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you will work out of our Arluno location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, contribute to cost reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key requirements Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Ensure compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support Customer Care (ticket, email, phone) Support to companies cover on-site Key skills and qualifications 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience in managing or leading direct or indirect reports Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and interpersonal skills We value Bachelor's degree in a related field Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong commitment to safety and quality Our offer A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment Market specific training and ongoing personal development.
