At our site in Fano (Italy), we want you to bring your insight and passion to support start up, maintain and continuously improve means of production (method, machine, tool, fixture) for all parts in mass and custom production.

As driver of standardization and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process, you will: Ensure that latest knowledge in industry and best practices in companies are applied Track performance of production equipment and execute adjustments of existing production means (upgrade / downgrade) Provide regular improvement solutions to Project Engineering Be involved in start-of-production phase Be in charge of technical training Ensure that all relevant internal and external norms and standards (eg ISO / TS / HSE) are applied Support production in trouble shooting (in case of not achieving quality, quantity or time targets) Your Profile: Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or similar / comparable educational background Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, and well structured company Required Skills: Knowledge in applying ISO and ISO requirement Application of Lean Principles Experience in mass production Apply and improve existing production methods Experience of engineering in water / wastewater plants Fundamental knowledge of CAD (solidworks) Familiar with extrusion, machining, injection molding and other manufacturing processes Preferred Skills: Familiar with Total Quality Management Familiar with HSE requirements in Production Applying TPM methods Familiar with RO membranes application and construction Familiar with design and construction of RO plants ans components Critical thinking, problem solving skills Languages: Mandatory Italian and English Are you full of ideas?
