Posizione:**:Within Industral Operations team, we are looking for a extracurricular internship in Manufacturing Engineering

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support the Industrial Operations team and suppliers to design and implement new equipment;

- Optimise current industrial processes to achieve higher production levels and to increase process and product quality;

- Monitor the early stages of production to identify, track and solve process and quality issues;

- Contribute to process documentation creation (e. g.

PFMEA, CPLAN, OPLs, etc. )

and ensure that current one is continuously updated;

- Work closely with the R&D department to support on product change requests, evaluating impacts and actions on the manufacturing area;

**Requisiti:

- BSc or MSc in Management or Mechanical Engineering;

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;

- Excellence in written and spoken English;

- Problem solver: you effectively synthesize information and resolve issues by using logic and common sense;

- Analytical mind: you are comfortable with numbers;

- Resilience: you don't give up and always look for possible solutions;

- Teamwork: you care for others and enjoy working in team;

- Communication: ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
