Manufacturing Engineering Manager The candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation of new and improved manufacturing and logistic processes, using lean manufacturing techniques, to achieve the key objectives – Efficiency, Quality, Waste, and Capacity.

The candidate will provide support and guidance to a team of Process Engineers, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard, within budget, and in a timely manner.

The candidate will assist in the coordination of the capital spending program, ensuring accuracy of Bills of Materials and routings within the ERP system, and assisting in new product launches.

Establish and deliver Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the growth of the facilityEnsure successful execution of Manufacturing Engineering projectsDirect annual budget preparation through the development of capital projects/expendituresSupport the Operations team through hands-on involvement on the production floor focusing on cost, efficiency, and safety improvement projectsDevelop and own cost reduction projects from idea generation, business case development, project planning, tracking, execution, and implementationCollaborate and work cross-functionally with Product Development teams for sustaining and new product introduction initiativesEstimate manufacturing cost, evaluate time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product linesCreate and sustain a successful culture of continuous improvement La tua competenza To be successful in the role we are looking for:

Mechanical/Electric/Industrial Engineering degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in the role within a manufacturing or operations environmentKnowledge of Lean MethodologiesAnalytical MindsetProblem Solving AttitudeProject ManagementExperience in measurement of cycle timesTeam PlayerCommunication and Interpersonal skillsFluent English
